General description. Type Marshal (SLE, Zhukov, ESTP)

1. A determined and purposeful person who is inclined to subordinate people to his influence. Prefers only large goals - goes to them no matter what. A flexible tactician, he does not neglect temporary compromises. His perseverance increases in proportion to the number of obstacles to be overcome.

2. He is able to concentrate all of his forces at the crucial moment. Logically calculates the plan of action in advance, as if playing a game of chess. He tends to give instructions to others, but he himself does not tolerate a commanding tone. Cases are controlled by the final result. Usually takes the position of a shadow leader.

3. Distrustful, he checks people in the individual case. First of all, he focuses on the shortcomings and weaknesses. Poorly foresees the future: stops in indecision if events get out of control and take an unexpected turn. If there is no excitement of fighting, he plunges into doubt and a bad mood.

4. It is difficult for him to contain negative emotions in relationships with people. His feelings always have the physical connotation of possession of his partner. When difficulties appear, he revives, entering into excitement. He tends to give ultimatums: “either the way I want to do it, or I won't do it at all”. It's hard to get him to lose his temper, but if that happens, then he can't stop himself in anger. To achieve the goal, he involves all subordinates in the work, even those who are not ready to perform it.
