According to DCNH Dominant types enhance Te, Fe, Se Creative types enhance Ne, Se, Fe Normalizing types enance Ti, Fi, Si Harmonizing types enhance Si, Ni, Fi I agree with Gulenko on 10 of these 12. But I would move Ni to normalizing and Ti to harmonizing. Why? Because then they match the lead function of all of Keirsey/Beren\'s interaction styles types. Which is what DCNH indirectly stems from. With Dominant resembling in charge types. Creative resembling get things going types. Normalizing resembling chart the course types. Harmonizing representing behind the scenes types.
So: In charge types = ESTJ (Te lead), ENTJ (Te), ESTP (Se), ENFJ (Fe) Get things going = ENTP (Ne), ENFP (Ne), ESFP (Se), ESFJ (Fe) Chart the course = INTp (Ni), INFp (Ni), ISTJ (Ti), ISTP (Si) Behind the scenes = INFj (Fi), ISFJ (Fi), ISFP (Si), INTj (Ti) I would argue that Gulenko should rewrite the DCNH cognitive function correlations as: D = Te (also Se- and Fe-) C = Ne (also Se+, Fe+) N = Ni (also Ti+ and Si-) H = Fi (also Ti- and Si+) Ni is more Normalizing because it seeks to link the future with the past. And Ti- is more harmonizing because it seeks to merge and harmonize theories.
